The offices open 9am to 5pm five days a week. 24 hour answerphone outside core office hours. Our Criminal Department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is ground floor accommodation at 23 which affords easy access for elderly, infirm or physically disabled people. While 121 does not provide such facilities at present arrangements can be made to see clients at 23, at home or any other location convenient to the client.
