Description: Nikki joined J Garrard & Allen at the beginning of March 2005. Nikki is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives specialising in all aspects of Family Law. She has over 14 years working experience in law.

Nikki advises parties on separation and divorce and works to achieve a fair and reasonable settlement in financial and property matters. She deals with disputes involving children, preparation of cohabitation agreements for unmarried couples and property and children issues arising upon their separation. She also acts for individuals involved in domestic violence.

Most topically, having familiarised herself with the new legislation, Nikki will also now be advising in respect of the Civil Partnership Act.

It is Nikki?s aim to resolve matters in a firm but conciliatory manner and to achieve an early settlement, avoiding costly and stressful Court proceedings if possible.
