If you are not eligible for Public Funding we will either quote a fixed fee at the start of your work or in more complex cases provide an estimate and set out and update our charging rates, which are governed by the experience of the fee earner assigned to your case. We will keep you informed of the costs you are incurring as your case progresses.

We advise on all Family Law issues, for example issues arising from Cohabitation, Separation, Divorce, Arrangements for Children, Care Proceedings, Domestic Violence and Sharing Assets.

We are a five Partner firm and have four offices across the North East of England with concentrations of staff and resources based in Seaham and Sunderland.
