Dear Sir / Madam, A few years back i was not very well, medically speaking, physical and mental. I have a long history of mental health problems and this can be verified by contacting the NHS within Stafford. My GP's are aware that sometimes I suffer with delusional disorders and this is currently being controlled by medication. However a few years back I had a problem with the BBC, and they were not aware that I suffered with delusional disorders. The problem pertains to the communications act, and human rights groups have told me that my rights have been violated and I was wondering if your organisation is prepared to help me. I honestly believe that I can prove I fall into a category of people that is classes as vulnerable. An example of my bizarre behaviour, I used to stand at the roundabout collecting car reg plates, and send these reg plates to people in Authority. I don't why I did this. Please contact me on 01785 229687 I HAVE SPOKE TO A SOLICITOR WHO ADVISED ME THAT WITH RESPECT TO THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT 1988, MY HUMAN RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED. UNDER PART A SECTION 4 ARTICLE 6 OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT, RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL, MY CONVICTION IS UNSAFE. I DID NOT SHOW ANY MALICIOUS INTENT TO SEND THESE E-MAILS TO THE BBC, SIMPLY BECAUSE I WAS SUFFERING WITH SEVERE DELUSIONAL DISODRES. I CAN PROVE THIS MEDICALLY SPEAKING. I HAVE HAD A BRAIN SCAN THAT SHOW'S ABNORMALITIES, AND THESE IMPORTANT MEDICAL FACTS WERE NOT CONSIDERED. I wish to clear my name and take legal action against the BBC AND THE METROPOLITAN POLICE FORCE. Please may you help me? Yours sincerely, Stephen Lal Bhatia I am eligible for legal aid and it would cost 20,000
