Sadly, in today's high-pressure world, family relationships can break down. With our caring team of male and female specialists, we can give you practical advice and help you through this distressing time. At all our offices, clients can rely on sympathetic and considerate understanding of their domestic difficulties with an experienced team on hand.
Although there have been significant changes made as a result of the Family Law Act 1996, notably in connection with rights of occupation and protection for victims of domestic violence, the basic principles of Family Law and Divorce are still enshrined in the Matrimonial Causes Act of 1973.
However, the Government is extremely keen to press ahead with the principle of the 'no fault' divorce and in that respect, whilst proposals for amendment of divorce legislation have not yet received the Royal Assent, it is likely that, there will be radical changes in the future.
Our philosophy, based refreshingly on old-fashioned, personal service, remains simple:
? To provide all clients with balanced, practical and independent advice in plain language
? To remain approachable at all times
? To recognise that service, delivered by experienced partners and staff, is the key to success
? To be competitive in our fees whilst providing advice of the highest quality |
