The Matrimonial Department also deals with ancillary relief and financial provision in divorce cases at all levels having represented clients at the House of Lords in respect of financial provision on marriage breakdown.

Martin & Strain are the successor firm to Evan R Davies & Davies, which was a solicitors? practice set up at the turn of the century at its present office in Pwllheli. There have been a number of changes and developments over the years including the obtaining of Legal Aid Franchises, Higher Court Rights and investment in IT Systems.
