Living Wills: What You Need To Know
Living wills represent a UK citizen's right to choose. A UK living will is what can also be called an “advanced directive,” a legally binding document that designates in advance the medical care and treatment the owner of the will would or would not prefer to receive.
A living will cannot be signed by a person who is mentally incapacitated. A living will must be signed by a person of full mental capabilites and attested to by multiple witnessess as according to UK law.
