The family team is led by Paul Hunt, a solicitor with over 20 years experience in Family Law.
He completed his training with solicitors in Ellesmere Port and since qualification in 1981 has worked in Central Liverpool and St Helens , dealing exclusively with Family Law cases, joining Kirwans in February 2002.
He is assisted by Anna Ellis, a trainee solicitor, while Sarah Naughton-Mccall, a fellow of ILEX, is based at our Moreton office.
As a member of the Solicitors Family Law Association he is committed to offering a conciliatory and constructive approach to family disputes while able to take a firm line and emergency action where it is required, especially in domestic violence situations.
He was successful in his application to join the Law Society's Family Law Panel as an Advanced Member in 2002, the chosen specialist subject being children disputes and financial issues.
