The Head of Department is Anthony Vingoe, Partner. Educated in Cornwall. Anthony qualified with us as a Legal Executive and has specialised for most of his legal career in Family work, with a particular emphasis on financial matters. Now qualified as a Solicitor. He operates primarily from the Hayle office.

Educated in Leeds, Lindsey Jackson qualified as a Solicitor in Middlesboorough before moving to Cornwall, having enjoyed her time in the South West at Plymouth University. She ran a successful Family Law Department in a Falmouth practice for eight years before joining us in December 2004.

We conduct work on a Private or Legal Aid basis and have considerable experience in all areas of Family Law including those cases in which the assets are substantial.

It emphasises Risk Management and is intended to benefit us and you. We are in the process of obtaining this certification, there being few in the County, as yet. Simultaneously we are applying for the Investors in People award.

We are assisted by the fact that parking and access are easy in Redruth and Hayle compared with many local towns in Cornwall. We have our own office car park for clients at our Redruth office.
