We can also assist in referring cases to mediation and have contacts with mediation services in the local area.

Victims of domestic violence do not need to put up with this type of behaviour. Under the Family Law Act 1996 it is possible to obtain a Non Molestation/Occupation Order, thereby removing the perpetrator from the family home and an injunction to protect the victim. In severe instances the perpetrator can be ordered to leave the family home within as little as two hours notice.
