By: Mike My buyer used the conveyancing dept of this firm when I recently moved. What a fiasco!!....poor communication, lots of delays,applied for searches on the wrong house!!....nightmare service. Email: Date: 3 Nov 2006 By: LFN My bank has used this firm and it's QCAS division to facilitate my remortgage and it is proving to be a nightmare. They have changed the details three times on my completion funds and each time, despite me telling them I don't pick up my snail mail very often and could they please call me, they have sent me 'urgent' letters detailing me of changes. As such I have received them too late and my completion has been changed three times. Apparently they deal with too many cases to be able to phone people. Great.
